South Korean president vows to disband coast guard

South Korean President Park Geun-hye apologized for the botched rescue effort of the ferry disaster last month and says she bears the ultimate responsibility. More than 300 people are dead or missing in the wake of that disaster. Norah O'Donnell reports.
